Cooperstown 7, Mount Markham 4
Junior Kalen Dempsey struck out eight batters in a complete-game win for host Cooperstown in a Center State Conference non-division game Saturday, May 6.
Although the Mustangs scored a solo run in the top of the first inning, Cooperstown led 7-1 after three innings.
Junior Emerson Toulson went 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBI. Senior Ethan Kukenberger went 2-for-3 with an RBI. Senior Bryson Whitaker went 2-for-4.
Cooperstown (3-5, 2-2) hosts Sherburne-Earlville in a CSC Division II game Monday, May 8.

Cooperstown 11, Mount Markham 4
Freshman Katie Crippen went 3-for-3 with a three RBI triple and two runs scored as Cooperstown beat the visiting Mustangs in a Center State Conference Division II game Saturday.
Senior Dani Seamon got the win, giving up four runs on four hits and three walks, while striking out seven. She also went 1-for-3 with two runs scored, an RBI and a stolen base.
Senior Jeana Geertgens had two doubles with two RBI and a run scored. Senior Savannah Kirkby doubled and scored a run. Sophomore Emmy Lippitt doubled and scored a run. Sophomore Bella Reich had an RBI single and scored a run. Junior Tori France had a hit and a stolen base. Sophomore Grace Sperry singled and scored a run. Junior Sophia Hotaling had an RBI and scored a run.
Cooperstown (7-1, 4-0) will host Waterville in a CSC Division II game Wednesday, May 10.

Cooperstown 3, Clinton 2
Cooperstown got wins at second and third singles and second doubles to edge Clinton in a Center State Conference non-division match Saturday at the Clark Sports Center.
At first singles, Izzy Marcus defeated senior Natalie Hanson, 6-0, 6-1.
At second singles, seventh grader Henry Ayers defeated Ollie Walters, 6-2, 7-5.
At third singles, freshman Bianca Adam defeated Martin Amuso, 6-1, 6-0.
At first doubles, Nick Heselton and Landon Stilz defeated sophomore Alexis Wolfe and Charlie Lambert, 6-7 (1), 6-4, 1-0 (9).
At second doubles, Colby Diamond and P.J. Kiuber defeated Connor Cook and Logan Cook, 6-1, 6-2.
Cooperstown (6-0) plays a doubleheader at Little Falls for CSC Division I matches Monday, May 8.
